There, I've written a script to do simple rollbacks of map chunks with nothing but a quick server restart.

Now I can just do ./rollback.sh X1,Z1 X2,Z2, and it'll pull the chunks out of the most recent backup and restore them.

I'll try to re-snow the snow village you guys work on, but no promises. I think it burns down if I load it into SP, some lava near wood, I bet.

Okay, I think I found and removed the (single) offending chunk.

Doing a backup now, so there will be lag, but things seem to be up.

Rolling back wintertown fixes the problem. :/

I wish I hadn't screwed up backups.
