well, here's a photoshop tutorial for pixelating an image. I'd take whatever software package you use, and do "XXX pixelate image" on google where XXX is your package.

I added a question to the forum thread asking if he was going to allow us to edit entries. Beyond that, I'd have to change the server port (ugh) and re-add the entry, which would be difficult.

I'm 90% sure it's a 33x33 square: the spawn point, plus 16 blocks to each side. x+16, x-16, z+16, z-16. Going to the top of the map.

Currently we only have a couple of "ops", since we use a slightly different model.
