I am just wondering why i got banned and i was wondering if i may please be unbanned?

Tickets, plus, /xbp moltant9er.
You'll notice that of 2548 blocks mined, he recovered 33, or 1.3% diamond ores; 33 finds. Some doing plain stripmining will usually have .2-.5%, and they'll have collected other ores, like iron, gold, lapis. It isn't as good evidence as the tickets, obviously; those are slamdunk.

Ok thank you for clearing that up and just to make sure i read that right it is the block not the amount of ore totally mine right?

Also you did say that i didnt get any other ores but i rember that i also got some red stone when i was /tpring and digging down and around
