WebAuctionPlus is a web based auction plugin in which players can bid for items on a website.

Novylen has had an auction plugin before, which got taken out because it became inactive, then when it came back never got implemented.
You can use signs to add and withdraw money from the online database, you can also use signs to put items into and pull them out of an online inventory.
I know that Rbos didn't want the old auction plugin because it was too quick and easy to transport items around the map, but now there are permission nodes for who can create the signs. You could put them at /dial auction or whatever.

Players make a password online and then verify it in game. The online end of it is very simple, like eBay you can bid on items, them after a day or so the highest bidder wins the lot. Only 1 TYPE of item can be auctioned in a lot and the price is set by the owner of the lot. You can search for certain items this way.

Intresting plugin, but I (personally) would have to see a working demo of it before I was confident in using it.

I liked the old auction, and have been wanting another system like it for a while.
