Moar Plugin Suggestions

As little as I liked the wording weresdrim chose, a plugin clean-up does sound like a good idea.
Here's a few I'd like to see.

Allows you to punish people for phrases, I'd like to see variants of LAG cause lightning to strike. Racial slurs as well.
