mea99 Appeal

I would like to appeal for my ban. I was banned for xraying and I have no way to prove I did not. Yes, I did xray hack and I have learned my lesson from the ban. I can promise that I wont break any rules and play fairly if I am unbanned. If I do break another rule, I will happilly accept the consequences and not appeal ever again.
