Hardcore survival world

Post by rbos »

I've been thinking about making a new side world, something to replace vanilla (which hasn't been very popular anyway).

My basic idea is "fuck you world", someplace I can use those ideas that I've wanted to put in, but I thought were too unfair for the main SMP world.

Randomly exploding sheep. All creepers during storms are supercharged. Explosions enabled, obviously. PVP. No land protection. Griefing permitted, even encouraged.

Can we run treasure hunts there, with above ground spawn turned off maybe? Give people a reason to go out into the wilds and suffer.

Once set up, it may not require anyone to help run it, so we may not even need a steward for the world.

Jus' a thought, could you implement the new "UHC" gamerule in the world? Command's /gamerule naturalRegeneration false.
