It was snow he was apparently struck by lightnig and dug down so pople couldent take his stuff

he mined a block of snow near spawn and he was banned i think this is so unfair becaus a block of snow really? and he barelly knew what he did he even said that whoever he took from he will give them 2 diamonds thats pretty good for mining snow and i know rbos wont care but he offerd that --> :diamo...
