Minecart Mania

So I suggest minecart mania. It looks preatty awesome and couses less lag then minecart boosters that are bugged anyway.
This could make rail transport possible. It is now imposible to make something, because boosters are lagging and that causes
that they dont give you the needed boost.

Currently minecart mania is slow to update with new Notch releases, and requires patching of the server itself, which means it could easily conflict heavily with Runecraft or similar mods.

I don't think I'll be putting it in unless the author deals with those serious structural issues.
