Mods should be able to spawn items like cobble, dirt, gravel, and common thing like that

A moderator's job is to keep people from eating each other. Kicking, banning, grief protection. They're not obligated to fix griefing or replace items - if they did, I'd have to choose them a LOT more carefully.

With that in mind, how does spawning dirt/cobble help them do that job?

Ah, while on the point i: You see we could need a rank between mod and admin. That only really entrusted people get. Just a suggestion but i think it would be nice. I understand if yerr disagree though.

Well if you just say: I want a rank in between mod and admin and that rank gets: blablabla then Rbos can decide if it's a good idea or not, if you only say I want a rank in between mod and admin he doesn't really know much does he now:P
