I thought this was an awesome Idea, sacrifice a minecart for multiple items
(Though I reckon all the mods'll hate it, like always )

To build it I'd get all those redstone masters we have on the server.

Even if the admins don't agree with this I'm gonna make one in creative

SIMPLIFIED SECTION FOR EPIC (I recommend watching the video though):
Machine: Put minecart in, random item comes out (from dirt to diamonds)

Pfft.. You don't need a redstone master, let alone 'masters', to make a slot machine.
