Erm, im not a mod or anything, but what are those pictures showing apart from someone being immature?

Is this meant to be a ban appeal, or an attempt to get someone else banned? This is all out of context, and therefore meaningless.

This is not a ban appeal, but it's not entirely an attempt to get someone banned. I was wondering if this type of behavior is bannable and provided it is could someone take the appropriate action?
