Region Parent Command

Would players be able to have access to the command that parents one region to another? I cant really see how this could be abused, and it will take some of the load off of mods shoulders. I tried to parent a load of regions in my town today, but I couldnt

If you parent a subregion to any region, you can modify it.

badplayer> /region parent eighthspawn myregion
