I got banned and came back now it says i am temp banned. What happened?

I was helping greeenchee build a mall i might have taken something from his house for it but I didn't grief it. And also that was awhile ago atleast one month,

You are recorded as knocking out most of a snowblock floor in an unprotected section of his house near spawn, on april 29th, about a week before you broke the diamond ore block in uncle's house which caused your last ban. There is no statute of limitations on griefing, we ban when we find it. Perhaps you can have him confirm you were allowed to do that?
