Iv'e done a full factory reset and it hasn't alleviated the problem. I may try it with CentOS later on, but I suspect that its probably going to need some more thermal paste.

My computer has crashed and is getting the BSOD within 10 minutes of startup, but only if it doesn't turn off within the first 5. So I'll be back on the server once I get it fixed, or when I get a new one.
