A little place called "Stian"

so just on the outskirts of my city there is a beautiful mountain, with one little problem, a deserted house, no one has been there for as long as i know. If anyone knows anything about the makers of this places they named "Stian" please come forward, this beautiful mountain should not go to waste and i wish to ask the makers of the building if i may have this mountain as MrEpic says i cannot just claim it.
also its not protected or anything like that, and i haven't raided their chests.
