Not sure if banned for x-ray when not using x-ray. The x-ray isn't even updated to 1.6 i just looked it up, it's only updated to 1.3.

I'm reviewing the evidence. The path you dug is very windy, and there are three spots where you diverted from the path you were digging and dug straight to diamond. Legit miners tend to mine in systematic patterns.
I went to the location of the reports, and traced your path by turning stone into glass, and diamondores into lightstone. Your path goes straight between diamond deposits, and at the time you were approached about it, you were digging toward another deposit (which you didn't uncover).
It's the exact pattern of an xray hacker, honestly. We've banned people for less than this.
I've gone through the evidence trying to exonerate you as much as possible, but I think any judge would agree with me.
