From what I have gathered, the IRC is using ChanServ and currently doesn't allow Auto-OP'ing on admins/mods.

I have tried to bring this up 3 times in the IRC and twice in-game, but most of the time rbos is absent, or uninterested.

So to avoid me sounding like a broken record:
The owner of the channel (rbos), would have to use these commands to enable/disable Auto-OP:

To add an OP:
/msg chanserv aop #novylen add [user]

To remove an OP:
/msg chanserv AOP #novylen DEL [nick]

Some channels, have xOP off though,
so, if that does not work, the commands should be:

First enable your Owner Commands:
/msg ChanServ set #novylen ownermode on

To add somebody to the access list (People who will be Auto-OP'd):
/msg Chanserv access #novylen add [nick] [#]
To add a nick to the access list.

To show the access list:
/msg ChanServ access #novylen list

Delete a nick from the access list:
/msg ChanServ access #novylen del [nick]

Hopefully this helps rbos and stops me sounding like the aforementioned "broken record".

Actually it didn't work quite as stated, but

/msg chanserv flags #novylen Nozstik AOP

worked.

Ah, sorry about that, it really has been a long time since I set anything of the sort.
But it really depends on the server setup anyway.

Either way, it's good to hear that it got sorted out.
