sorry to ask but my question is "how to I add images to this profile like say "everyone else besides me" has a img or a wide img and again this is my bad
but I didn't know what section this fits in so if this is wrong section then sorry X 2

Same! Well I think I know now... Go to bottom of page when editing and you should find "Upload attachment"

User Control Panel --> Profile ---> Edit Avatar ---> Upload from URL/file/Link-off Site ---> Submit.
