I know we tried this before but i think chat channels or at least /ignore might really help as the server has been getting much more popular recently. The chat log often gets too clustered with different conversations especially when Rbos had upped the Max to 30 people it was pretty hectic.

If we go back up to 30 users again, I'll definitely have a chat mod.
