I would like to ask you if you could unban my friend Rognaldsen99. He was a noob in minecraft and he griefed the server but may you give him a secound chance?

Fine, but if he's really too dumb to post to the forum, that does not bode well.
You've vouched for him, so if he gets banned, you get banned too.
