Temp banned for killing people in pvp?

I was temp banned because i was looting and killing in pvp where it is encouraged. In what way is that against any rule?

You were tempbanned for repeatedly activating the stargate at actene, making it inoperable for other players, despite being warned I would tempban you for continuing.

I only activated it once to stop people coming through, the other activations were me dialing back there after being killed.

Also, I was at times also unable to dial in to actene because other people enabled it.
