Single-Handed Minecraft Interface Devices

Heyo, I spent some time recently setting up my cousin who only has use of his left hand with a Gamepad for playing Minecraft. Considered a few different options, wrote about it here if you're interested: http://nooleanbot.blogspot.com/2013/06/ ... mouse.html
The Razer Naga actually proved to be fairly easy to use, I could play without constantly wishing I could use my other hand. Too bad they don't have the left handed version yet.
