some map edits

Okay, I think I fixed the fishtank - I recalculated lighting in NTBforge, booted the map up in single-player, ran to the area, and boated around a little to make it do all the physics stuff. Hopefully that takes care of it in SMP.
I've also moved the spawn area significantly north (about 2100 meters) to the big crater/tower thing I've been working on earlier. The roads are pretty primitive at present, but it'll give people something to do. Warp points are still present though.
