Server is Full?!

did the server's cap get reduced? or is it just my luck that there was 30 people in it at the time?

Yes the server cap is now 15.

This is most likely temporary until notch can produce a semi-stable code.

I've put it back at 20, but things start lagging pretty bad around 18.
