My Server (help?)

Ok, so i just recently downloaded the Minecraft Server Hosting Software, and its all set up, ( the IP is 69.120.1.199:25565 if you wanna try it out) its not up 24/7 but it'll probably be up when I'm online in our regular server. But i was just wondering if anyone *cough* rbos *cough* could either post here or PM some links to nice programs (like the ones used here) that i could implement on my server (which i might or might not make public to just people here or only my friends).

Oh, and where can i find out the ID's for resources?

Lol, i don't really know what they are called, but its the numbers you use to identify an item for an auction.

Ok, so i have a question, what does it mean when this happens? (the [WARNING] message at the bottom, not the 1st few ones i mean)



Oh, but the server still works fine while that message is on, so i don't know what it means :3
