This is mainly because i had a specific question but i figured i might as well make a thread for the future.
Would it be possible to cordon off an area on the server that would allow for any rune too be used? Perhaps in Pvpland or its own little Runeworld. I just thought it would be fun to experiment with the runes since not many people use them anyways.
