SV player acces list

With the new cuboid protection system, SnowVille has been protected. Here will show the people on a list that will be able to build in SV according to the Cuboid protection system.
If you would like to be added to this list please talk to me (Dr_Obvious) in-game.

you should now be able to /allow and /revoke players from SV.

- o:Relliktsohg --> this is an owner, that cannot beremoved from the owners list, can allow players to this protected area, and also add owners.
- g:Admins --> this is an allowed (not owner) group, players that are in this group, or any group inheriting from this group, are allowed to act inside the cuboid.
- Relliktsohg --> (withtout flag) This is a simple allowed player.

The following rules apply to protected cuboids :
- Owners can remove an allowed access at any given time. They can also add allowed players or new owners.
Only unrestricted players can remove ownership of a player over a protected area
Allowed players cannot add nor remove allowed players to the owners list.

New commands :
- /allow <playerlist> <protected area name> : Use this with the flag syntax to add players/owners to a protected zone.
- /revoke <playerlist> <protected area name> : As owner of the zone, use this to revoke access of players to a protected cuboid. Only unrestricted players can revoke ownership.
- /owners <protected area name> : use this to remotely display the owners of the area.
- /listprotected : is now usable by anyone

I removed overkill99 from SV pending the resolution of an argument between him and benny. benny *might* have looted his place, but overkill *definitely* busted up benny's place pretty good and swiped everything.

If he keeps doing stuff like this, I'll ban entirely.
