How do i edit my account on here?

I am just wondering how do i edit my account like a banner under my name after i comment on something.. THANKS!

[User control panel] under the [Board Index] up there, then [Profile] tab, then [Edit Signature]. You need to have any images already hosted online somewhere, like photobucket etc.
