Detecting xray is pretty hard. We don't always catch people.

We usually give them a vocal warning, first. Like you, you had a vocal warning in chat before we banned you.

So if we see him on, we'll give him a warning first.

I gave him two warnings yesterday, which he did not respond to. Looked over his tunnels, saw some ambiguous evidence but nothing 100% clear. I'm not sure he even speaks English, or whatever passes for it among the kidz0rs these days.
