Ban apeal request

Dear Novylen, I love your server and have a friend, lordoffire, on it and last fall, early december, i was playing and i said some hurtful things to some people on the server. Its been so long but lately its been bothering me that i said those things... i made some kid really sad and my friend i guess knew this girl in real life and she told him about how much i hurt her. I never intended it to get like that... every time he brings up my name she feels bad ): I would like to apologize to her and would appreciate if i was unbanned. and below all of that i would like to play with my friend on factions. Eh, you sound apologetic enough and it's been a while. Unbanned.

Just a heads up: Factions is gone. It's been replaced by a purely vanilla server since barely anyone used factions.

Here's a hint for you:
Don't use x-ray hacks... especially after you were nicely unbanned and given a second chance.

I was baned for x-ray and I don't have a clue why! Iordof fire was with me all day and I was not x-raying! I want to be unbanked because these are liesand I as just unbaned and lordoffire can be my eyes this is unfair.

I've looked at the evidence, and it DOES look like xray - in three spots, you dug straight to exposed resources. One shaft dug straight down into a mob spawner, one straight down into a diamond ore and then straight to another diamond ore hidden under some lava.

It's not proof, but it is very suspicious, and I can't blame Scouter for it. I think he made the right call.

Also, and this is not relevant, you were being kind of a jerk to gowies on a few occasions. I had to warn you to be nice.

I'm reducing it to a tempban as a warning to not be a jerk, and just in case you are xraying, as a warning to not do that.

If it were up to me, you'd have been banned by now. Rudeness to other members, evidence of x-raying, spamming a website/IP, and showing general disrepect to staff. You're awfully lucky Rbos is feeling nice.
