I (and others probably) would like to know a list of all the past mods who haven't come on novylen for a long time, and also the ancient ones, I've heard amix is pretty old in novylen history. If anyone can help, than do so!

Bill and Spire are no longer mods, and I suspect any mod who hasn't been seen online in the past 6 months was demoted as well. It's more a job than a rank, so inactive means unemployed.
